Alnwick Hall, Morris Township
Alnwick Hall was built in 1904 by Edward P. Meany, New Jersey Judge Advocate General and an executive of AT&T. The design was based on Alnwick Castle in Northumberland, England. The structure remains a rare survivor of Madison Avenue’s “Millionaire’s Row.” Also known as “The Abbey," it was added to the New Jersey and National Registers of Historic Places in 1985.
